By activating this profile, the player (or their parent/legal guardian) conceptually agrees to a commercial framework covering: platform subscription tier selection; permission to display submitted football information; permission to process submitted footage for AI analysis; introductions generated through the platform; a platform success fee on eligible commercial opportunities (rate configurable by jurisdiction and transaction type — see Admin); representation/intermediary limitations consistent with applicable federation rules; privacy and data processing per GDPR-equivalent principles; image rights licensing limited to platform display purposes; enhanced minor protection and mandatory guardian consent; a cancellation window; and a good-faith dispute resolution mechanism.
